Plot: Hollywood is under siege by a masked rapist whose signature is a swastika cut into the young women he targets. Though his methods of entrapment are varied, resulting in the police being unable to catch him, his victims usually find themselves bound spread-eagled in his curtained van. After having his way with them, their battered bodies are dumped in the city's gutters. When Amber Lyte is attacked in her own home by the maniac, she decides to take it upon herself to catch him.
