Plot: Five years has passed and the original Candy crew member, Smiley, has developed a party drug called Candy. Soso, having cheated death, keeps Yaya close resuming his former life with fellow dirty cops Buck and Floyd. Smiley unites with Brick, RiRi and Coi to establish distribution for a growing clientele.
