Plot: At the urgency of the Rubava Hospital, a trauma plan exercise takes place under the guidance of Head Nurse Mera. Information about the explosion in the mine comes to the precisely planned event, for which Mayor Darina Růžičková wants to gain political points. The trauma plan must be stopped, because the explosion collapsed a residential house full of people. Dr. David Hofbauer appears in the ruins of the house among the rescuers and pulls a dying man out of the rubble.
